GSC created a GIS-based Asset Inventory Platform that provides an advanced visualization environment for geographic data and aerial scanning outputs.
The system showcases a 3D mass model of heritage or urban districts, allowing users to click on any building to access detailed geographic, architectural, and ownership information.
An integrated visual reporting engine enables filtering by land use, building condition, or ownership type.
Using the Potree plugin, users can interact with 3D point clouds, take measurements and cross-sections, and export them as point cloud files or CSV datasets — supporting more informed planning, asset management, and preservation efforts.
